Samsung Galaxy S6 - How to enable/disable the floating keyboard?
Open the Messaging app and start to compose a new message to bring up the onscreen keyboard as shown to the right : Press and hold the microphone on the keyboard :

The
keyboard image to the right of the smiley face is a toggle for the floating and normal keyboard. If you press the microphone on the floating keyboard and then the keyboard you will toggle back to the normal keyboard and vice versa.
